BARRE WORKOUTS ARE FANTASTIC TO DO LATER ON IN THE DAY LIKE YOGA OR PILATES
HOWEVER… THEY DON’T QUITE MEET THE NEEDS OF FUNCTIONAL TRAINING STRENGTH OR ENDURANCE WORKOUTS WHICH SHOULD BE DONE FIRST DUE TO TORQUE OF THE BODY.
BARRE help develop strength, posture, stability, endurance.
It has aesthetic effects and great for the body utilizing muscles that often times get neglected but are equally important. The moves are good for your body similar to yoga, pilates, or tai chi.
The dance like moves and pulsing are taken from pilates, yoga, and mobility. The workouts are tough as they are leg dominant in strengthening ankles , calves, hamstrings, quads, glutes and core. You learn to stabilize the body but it is good for low impact training rather then high intensity training or can be done after a more intense workout if the classes are shorter.
WHY CHOOSE BARRE HARMONY
When I used to train for my marathons or alpine ski I’ld always practice yoga to build strength, limberness, and a mind-body awareness to exercise so to stay more fit. Competitor magazine recommends yoga for runners and Runners World recommends stretchering and stretching the muscle particularly after workouts. While BarreHarmony is similar to physical therapy that helps make youre body beautiful. It helps the body to become more stream lined and toned it helps develop certain muscles to be able to handle doing other types of exercise. You could get similar benefits from doing mobility or yoga but Barre helps with rotation to help deliver nutrients to joints. While also toning muscles of the body. Since I have a stub burn psoas problem as I get older and want to stay fit taking nutritional supplements and using BarreHarmony is important for the integral part of my health. I do low impact workouts for 365 with weights.
Everyday is a good day with Gregg. The mobility work is top notch to staying healthy.
I also love kick boxing, dance and strength. I keep to moderate intensity. 365 has it all. The instructors are all amazing and who doesn’t love JD Roberto? When you look at all of the other programs INSANITY???? Seriously why would anyone wan’t to be insane? Jillian Micheals I mean she has a great body. I like the way Becca, Phoenix and Anja look more they look strong. I don’t neccessarily like her workouts but to me FIT Fusion isnt for me and I don’t think everyone likes her because she isn’t friendly … now is she? She’s just intense and she is very qualified but her program isn’t for everyone. Infact I developed dancers hip shortly after starting her workouts.
I’ve never done a single workout with Daily Burn where I personally have experienced discomfort.
I love Les Mills. They are hard when you feel good but with all workouts listen to what you’re body says. Muscle fatigue is one thing pain something else.
Jillian Micheals workouts isn’t sport specific its more like training a lot for vanity. As a Jillian Michaels AFAA coach with NASM and AFAA I know the spiel Kendall Hogan gives to Kenta Seki her workouts are hard and yes the ability to do certain moves like Ninja Jumps and hand stand and kipping from the ground can be learned if it doesn’t break you down first.
Her workouts to me are similar to CrossFit and you put your body at risk.
If I plan on staying fit then BARRE HARMONY is the best doctor approves.
I feel that Becca will deliver to me my desires of my heart and will help any person looking to build a foundation for any fitness program. I highly recommend this challenging but very beautiful way to be a FITgirl.
